Kujipo (the “Service”) is a tool that assists with voting for and drawing prizes. Organizers prepare and distribute prizes, and participants vote.
Participation in the Service is premised on being free of charge. Collecting money from participants and contesting gains or losses of property based on the outcome — that is, use that constitutes gambling — is prohibited. Compliance with applicable laws, including premium/labeling regulations, is the organizer's responsibility.
Unauthorized access, impersonation of others, placing excessive load on the system, and use that violates laws or public order and morals are prohibited.
Created event and vote data are automatically deleted about 30 days after creation. Please save important results yourself.
The Service is provided as-is, with no guarantee of accuracy, availability, or data preservation. The operator bears no liability for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Service. Draw results are based on agreement between organizers and participants.
The operator may change these terms without notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
